I am Bert John Carducci. Friends call me BJ, online I go by Time. Time Theory Development is my founder-led software studio for local service businesses that need better lead recovery, customer communication, and day-to-day operations.

I work directly with owners to find where calls, estimates, bookings, job details, proof, reviews, and customer follow-up break down. Then I build the smallest useful system that can remove that friction, from missed-call text-back and AI assistants to custom owner and worker tools.

That approach comes from years of hands-on technical work. My career started in high school at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino, where I became Senior A/V Coordinator at the Carnival Court and La Playa Lounge. I later worked with Sharp’s Communications and spent years as a recording engineer and writer.

Live production taught me that technology has to work in real conditions, not only in a polished demo. That principle now guides every workflow, interface, automation, and support decision I make.

Win City Bins is a clear example: route workflows, worker tools, proof photos, owner controls, chatbot and customer support, and customer communication built around real service work. I do not hand the project to an account manager. The person on the call is the person doing the work.
